I have been teaching Vinyasa Flow and Anusara Yoga since 2010, offering personal, diverse, and enjoyable classes. Emphasising anatomy and posture alignment, I provide verbal and hands-on adjustments to enhance safety and effectiveness in your practice, helping each student to reach their fullest potential. Yoga found me over two decades ago during a period of search and longing, profoundly transforming my life and inspiring me to teach. For me, yoga is an evolving journey filled with endless gifts, complemented by a daily meditation practice that fosters clarity and tranquility.

My yoga journey has also introduced me to Thai Yoga Massage, where I completed my Practitioner training in Thailand in February 2023 and will pursue Advanced training in February 2024. This holistic practice serves as a moving meditation between client and therapist, enhancing posture, flexibility, and circulation, while alleviating emotional and physical tensions. TYM aids in releasing trauma held in our bodies, promoting energetic flow and a sense of liberation.
As Rumi said, "Let the beauty of what you love be what you do". I absolutely do what I love and I am so grateful for all my teachers and students who are such a massive part of my life and who contribute to my immense happiness.
The Small Stuff
I hold two RYT-200 certifications (appleyoga and Anusara Yoga) and a RYT-500 certification (from Bridget Woods-Kramer), along with E-RYT500 registration with Yoga Alliance. Additionally, I have specialised training in pre- and post-natal yoga, baby yoga and massage, childbirth preparation, teen yoga, menopause yoga and meditation. Recently, I studied with esteemed Thai Yoga Masters Ralf Marzen and Dave Hoyle, earning several advanced certifications through the Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage in London.
Gratitude
I am deeply thankful for the many wonderful teachers who have guided me, including Bridget Woods-Kramer, Claire Missingham, Katy Appleton, Sally Kempton, Bill Mahoney, Hareesh Wallis, Jason Crandell, Charlotta Martinus, Petra Coveney, Dave Hoyle and Ralf Marzen. I also appreciate the unwavering support from my family and friends, as well as my incredible students and clients — without whom I couldn't pursue my passion.
